We suggest cleaning with soap and water. Avoid using substances on the HiFiver that you wouldn’t use on your own skin. For safety, test the cleaning solution on a small, hidden section first—such as beneath the sleeve—to observe any reaction.
The HiFiver hand is made of a food-safe, skin-safe, high quality silicone. If you have an allergy to silicone, you should avoid this product.
The HiFiver should be cleaned regularly. Treat it like your own hands.
It's very durable. After testing the HiFiver with thousands of high fives, it's shown minimal or no distortion. However, as a wall-mounted item, it could bend or break if you use too much force. Applying pressure by hanging, pushing, pulling, or anything beyond a standard high five might damage it. If the arm gets bent from rough use, you can usually straighten it out by holding the HiFiver firmly and bending it back. If your HiFiver can't be easily repaired, we sell replacement parts in our Online Store.
