Eligibility for Returns
  • Original Condition Required: We only accept returns for items that are in their original, unopened packaging.

  • Time Frame: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. Customized items are not eligible for return.

Return Process
  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate your return request. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

  3. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent in error. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a restocking fee of 18% of the original purchase price. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

  • If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, the product will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
